How do I keep track of my "Stila Rewards"?
Just log on to your account on stilacosmetics.com, and click on Rewards Details. Your order history and rewards totals are right there.
This way, you will always know how close you are to reaching the next level.
How do I redeem my FREE SHIPPING?
You don't have to do anything! Once you have earned your FREE SHIPPING, it will automatically show up on your checkout page as FREE.
Unfortunately, free shipping is not available to our international, Hawaiian and Alaskan stila fans.
How will I receive my Stila Bucks?
When you spend $250 or $500, you will receive an email with your secret Stila Bucks code.
How do I redeem my Stila Bucks?
It's easy. As you go through checkout, you will see a button that says "Use Stila Bucks." Simply click on that button, and then enter your secret Stila Bucks code.
Do my rewards ever expire?
The Stila Rewards Program runs on a calendar year - January through December. During that time you can accumulate as many rewards as possible. Rewards expire on December 31. On January 1, they go to zero and you start earning again!
Will my Stila Bucks and FREE SHIPPING ever expire?
Stila Bucks and FREE SHIPPING also expire at the end of the calendar year – so don't wait to spend your Bucks.
The fine print
Rewards (Stila Bucks & FREE SHIPPING) are not applicable on all Stila items. Check product pages for exceptions.
Rewards expire at the end of the calendar year. On January 1, they go to zero and you start earning again
Rewards are awarded within 24 hours after your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Also, if you order something that is out of stock, you will not be charged and therefore will not earn rewards for that item.
Once you accumulate a target level of rewards, they will be available for use with your NEXT purchase on stilacosmetics.com.
Stila Bucks are not redeemable for cash, and can not be used in stores.
Stila Bucks can not be combined with any other coupon – but they can be used for "sale" merchandise.
Stila reserves the right to alter this rewards program at any time.
Coupon codes, discounts and free shipping offers (including stila rewards) are not valid on the makeup player. (however, you will still earn rewards points on your purchase.)
